1932 Established The Kito Manufacturing Company in Omori, Tokyo.
1945 HeadQuarters moved to Nakanoshima, Kawasaki.
1947 Developed LEVER HOIST, the first device of its kind in Japan.
1958 Developed 58Model ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST.
1965 Developet MONO LIFT PLANT, the ideal automated warehouse.
1970 Changed Corporate name to KITO CORPORATION.
1980 Developed CHAIN SLING, using the world's strongest 1000N/mm2 chain.
1981 Developed AUTO CRANE.
1982 Developed M3 Model Chain Hoist, installed with 1000N/mm2 chain.
1983 Headquarters was moved from Kawasaki to Showa-cho, Yamanashi.
1988 Developed VACUUM HAND, with improved material handling efficiency.
1990 Established HARRINGTON HOISTS INC. in the U.S.
1992 Completed Tokyo Headquarters Bldg.
1993 Established KITO CANADA INC. in BC, Canada.
1995 Established JIANGYIN KITO CRANE CO., LTD. in China.
1996 Established KITO PHILIPPINES INC. in The Philippines.
1997 Established SIAM KITO CO., LTD. in Thailand.
1998 Developed ER series ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST.

2007 Went public on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
