Kito Supports Tractor-Manufacturing in Germany
50 ER2s and Over 60 PRO Light-Cranes Systems at Work!
The Deutz-Fahr Land is one of the world leading manufacturers of tractors and other agricultural equipment. In 2017, a new plant in Lauingen (Bavaria, Germany) started its operation after almost three years of planning and construction. Our Kito Europe team won a chance to provide Deutz-Fahr Land a lifting solution of light crane systems and electric chain hoists for the whole plant through our business partner Carl Stahl. That includes 50 units of Kito electric chain hoists and over 60 light crane systems for pre-assembly line and tractor-conveyor runway.
Many Kito ER2s and Kito CDER2s with cylinder control are being used for lifting tractor-components at the assembly line and because Kito hoists allow precise positioning, any operator can move the load exactly as he wants. PRO light-crane systems by our Finnish subsidiary ERIKKILA which are made of high-quality anodized aluminum, are a well fit for our electric hoists, making the systems suitable for different kinds of loads from lifting the parts to the whole body of tractors. The trolleys have a steel housing and smooth running-rollers which minimize load swing and noisy sounds. Those things in total make Kito/ERIKKILA the best choice for safe and efficient work at this state-of-the-art plant where “Made in Germany” tractors are produced and delivered worldwide.
